You can login to ShareMe by using the Artists Login zone at the top right of the site, or by clicking on Artists in the menu.I lost/forgot my password to ShareMe. What do I do?
If you can't remember your password to ShareMe, click on the Forgot your Password link in the Artists Login zone (at the top right of the site). On this page, submit the email address you used to register and ShareMe will send you a NEW password for your Artist Account via email.I made a mistake while registering for my Artist Account. Can I register again with the same email address?
No, you can only have one account per email address. But don't worry! Complete the registration process and check your email for your account confirmation. Once logged in to your account, you can edit your profile and manage your content as much as you want.I'm not receiving emails from ShareMe. Why not?
If you're not receiving emails from ShareMe, this may be due to your email security settings. On sites such as Hotmail, certain settings require you to add ShareMe to your Allow list.I have an Artist Account, but I can't find it in the Browse Artists section. Why not?
If you've created your Artist Account, but cannot find it in the Browse Artists section , it is because you haven't placed your Profile online. Once logged in, click on Edit Profile in the top right of any page, then change your Profile Status to Online.What types of songs can I upload to my ShareMe profile?
Artists can upload songs in standard MP3 format. Songs must be less than 8Mb.What are the recommended encoding settings for my songs?
All songs should be encoded with a bitrate of 128kbps and a frequency of 44kHz stereo.Why are my songs playing too fast/slow?
Songs that play too fast/slow are generally due to unusual encoding settings. Try re-encoding problematic MP3s with the recommended encoding settings (see above) and then re-upload them.Why do my songs load but don't play?
